Virtual Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) for II & III B.Tech Students

• Mode: Virtual (Online Platform)

3. Participants

• Target Group: Parents of II & III B.Tech students

• Total Parent Participation: Approximately 150 parents 

• Institution Representatives: Head of the Department, Class Teachers, Mentors, and Faculty Members

4. Objectives of the Virtual PTM

The Virtual Parent–Teacher Meeting was organized with the primary objective of strengthening collaboration between parents and teachers to ensure the holistic development of students. The specific objectives included:

• To discuss students’ academic performance, attendance, and learning progress

• To highlight the importance of shared responsibility between parents and teachers

• To create awareness about institutional academic policies, evaluation methods, and mentoring support

• To address parental concerns and receive constructive feedback and suggestions

• To guide parents on supporting students in academics, discipline, career planning, and personal growth
