The Chief Guest for the Inaugural Function - Sri T.N.S. Murthy, Commissioner of Income Tax- Visakhapatnam, Guest of Honor Dr. B.V. Satyavathi, Member of Parliament-Anakapalle, and another Guest of Honor Sri. G. Amarnath, Member of Legislative Assembly inaugurated this event by lighting the lamp.</p>
