<p>Yuvatha -Bavitha -Badhyata <br /> Mastering Your Persona: A Journey to Professional Excellence<br /> Career Guidance Cell of Dadi Institute of Engineering and Technology organized A personality development session by Kreator Krishna for its fresh inducts on 2nd August,2024<br /> The resource person engaged the students with fun activities and explained them about the importance of personality development in engineering careers and discussed what personality encompasses, including traits, behaviours, and attitudes. He helped students to identify their personality traits and conveyed how they impact their professional life. He talked about Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication: Techniques for effective speaking, active listening, and the importance of body language. Topics covered the session are. Leadership, Teamwork, Personal branding, goal setting.<br /> Kreator Krishna’s session was interactive, practical, and tailored to address the specific needs and aspirations of engineering students, helping them to become well-rounded professionals<br /> Chairman Sri Dadi Ratnakar in his address has informed the fresh inducts that its their strong will that takes them to greater heights and appealed them to be update in their chosen fields.<br /> Principal Dr. R. Vaikunta Rao conveyed that the institute is always in the forefront to support the student fraternity in their all-round development.<br /> Dean Academics Sri. A. Krishna Nag, HOD of Basic Sciences and Humanities Dr. P. Pavita, faculty and students participated.<br /> Kreator Krishna’s session was interactive, practical, and tailored to address the specific needs and aspirations of engineering students, helping them to become well-rounded professionals.</p>
